I am writing to you to refute some issues regarding your declarations, particularly during the press conference of January 22, 2010.
First of all, I want to acknowledge your legitimate right to defend what you consider an injury to your rights and those of RCTV Internacional; in this sense, I want to echo your communication, which was broadcast by the Venezuelan Chamber of Paid Television (Cámara Venezolana de Televisión por Suscripción - CAVETESU), the Association of Telecommunication Operators (Asociación de Operadores de Telecomunicaciones - ASOTEL), the Association of Television Cable (Asociadón de Cables de Televisión - ACATEL) and the Venezuelan Chamber of Telecommunications (Camara Venezolana de las Telecomunicaciones - CAVETEL).
In fact, the mentioned Chambers have expressed that the exclusion of channels from the program grid by its members has been something temporal, until they fully comply with the Law of Social Responsibility in Radio and Television, and their obligation to notify the National Telecommunication Commission about their registration in the Registry of National Audiovisual Production Services Likewise, the Chambers in their communication,
