LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN CAN STEP UP THE QUALITY OF ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH CHINA



 The conditions are now ripe for the quality of the economic and trade relationship between China and Latin America and the Caribbean to be stepped up, according to a recently launched ECLAC document.
