The FOCSA CONDOMINIUM building was the FIRST ALL CONCRETE BUILDING in the world. It was constructed in Havana in 1952

In 1958, Cuba is the Ibero-America country with more automobiles (160,000, one for each 38 inhabitants) making it the country with the most household-electrics, having more railroad tracks per Km2 and the SECOND, as far as the total number of radio receptors.
During the 50's, Cuba occupied the SECOND AND THIRD PLACES as far as PER CAPITA INCOME in Ibero-America by-passing Italy and doubling Spain:'s. In spite its small territory and a population of only 6-1/2 millions, Cuba occupied in 1958, the 29th position among the best economies in the world.
In 1959, Havana was the city with the HIGHEST NUMBER OF CINEMAS (358) in the world surpassing New York and Paris which occupied the second and third places respectively. Since 1959 to this day. more than 50 years have gone by, with no referral to these 'facts'.
