Senator Martinez Announces Community Office Hours in South Florida

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Mel Martinez (R-FL) today announced Community Office Hours in South Florida to be held at Senator Martinez’s South Regional Office in Coral Gables on Tuesday, March 10th, Wednesday, March 11th, and Thursday, March 12th. “Community Office Hours events are an opportunity for residents to meet with members of my staff and representatives of federal agencies to work through specific questions or concerns involving federal programs. The office hours will focus on different issues, with representatives from the specified federal agencies, throughout the week. Caseworkers and representatives will work to help citizens gain hard-to-find information from federal agencies and access to their proper benefits,” Martinez said. At Community Office Hours events, caseworkers from the Office of Senator Martinez are available to assist constituents with concerns and issues ranging from: Social Security, Medicare, passport applications, and housing. In addition, representatives from federal agencies will be on hand to offer assistance on specified days during the week.
